A former UCSB standout, Goffin starts his third season with the Vaqueros, serving as an assistant for both the women's and men's soccer teams. He's an experienced & passionate soccer coach with a strong knowledge of the overall tactics and techniques of the game.

He helped the SBCC women's team claim their 2nd WSC North title in 2014 with an undefeated record in conference (9-0-3) and at home (9-0-1). It's the first time an SBCC women's soccer squad has gone unbeaten in conference play. The Vaquero women have qualified for the Southern Cal Regional for six straight years.

A native of France, Goffin played two years at the Univ. of Auburn-Montgomery, earning NAIA All-American honors. Then he transferred to UCSB where he was the leading scorer (8 goals, 3 assists) as a senior in 2013. He had five game-winning goals and was named All-Big West honorable mention.

He played for several French National youth teams and was on the U23 squad of the Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer.
