Saperstein named SBART Athlete of the Week

Kaitlyn Saperstein has been selected female Athlete of the Week by the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table.

The 5-4 freshman midfielder from San Marcos High scored first-half goals that turned out to be the game-winners in 2-0 victories over Golden West and City College of San Francisco.

The Vaqueros will travel to Taft on Tuesday for a 1 p.m. contest, then open a five-game homestand on Friday with a 2 p.m. game vs. San Diego Mesa in La Playa Stadium.
