Fast start propels Vaqueros into final at San Diego Tourney

SBCC used a quick start and another big rebounding game to rout Glendale 78-56 on Saturday and move into the championship of the Knights’ Colbert Classic at San Diego City College.

SBCC grabbed a season-high 65 rebounds on Friday and Destinee King recorded her fourth straight double-double as SBCC downed Victor Valley 73-56 in the first round of the Knights’ Colbert Classic women’s basketball tournament at San Diego City College.
